How does white-labeling work?
On every paid plan (Starter, Pro, and Agency), you upload your (or your client's) logo and pick a brand color, and the ChatForger badge is removed from your widget. Free and trial accounts show a small "Powered by ChatForger" badge.
Can my clients log in on my own domain?
Yes, on the Agency plan. Point a subdomain like portal.youragency.com at ChatForger and your clients get a login page and portal served on your domain, branded with your logo and colors, with no ChatForger branding anywhere.
What's the client portal?
When you invite a client by email, they set a password and get a dashboard showing their chatbot's messages, leads, and top questions. If you enable human handover, invited clients can also reply directly to visitors during a live handover. You control who gets invited.
Can I try before paying?
Yes. You get a 14-day free trial with 1 bot, 500 messages, and 1 client login, enough to evaluate everything. No credit card required.
What happens when my trial ends?
You drop to a permanent free plan (1 bot, 50 messages/mo) until you upgrade. Free plan accounts with no login and no bot activity for 10 consecutive days may be deleted after an email warning. Log in occasionally or upgrade to keep your data.
How does the knowledge base work?
Upload PDFs, paste a URL, or type plain text. We index your content so when a visitor asks a question, the bot finds the most relevant pieces and generates a grounded answer. It won't make things up.
Does it work on WordPress, Shopify, and Webflow?
Yes. One script tag before </body>. Shadow DOM prevents CSS conflicts with your client's theme.
